Nativo is a language learning platform that uses AI to help people learn casual, spoken language. It includes features like the Native Translator, AI Conversation Partner, Freeze Test, and Phrase Library.
When you join the waitlist or create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You must provide accurate information. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to bypass free tier limits is not allowed.
You agree not to:
Nativo's AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude. AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate, especially regarding regional dialects or rapidly evolving slang. Use your judgment — Nativo is a learning aid, not a definitive source.
The Nativo name, logo, design, and phrase library content are owned by Nativo. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without written permission. Content you enter into Nativo remains yours.
Nativo is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before any claim.
We may update these terms as Nativo evolves. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.
